RETURN & REFUND POLICY — TRINITY FASHIONS CLUB
1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
A product is eligible for return or refund only if all the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact and undamaged.
- The return request is raised within the permitted return window mentioned on the product page.
- If there is any mismatch between the product received vs. the product ordered, customers must record a video at the time of opening the package and raise a return request immediately.
Note: Recording an unboxing video during delivery is strongly recommended as it helps speed up and simplify the return process.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that appears defective or damaged:
- Email clear images and a video of the issue to support@trinityfashions.club.
- Our Quality Team will review the evidence and provide instructions on next steps.
- Do not send back a defective item unless instructed by our team.
- Once verified, a return pickup will be scheduled as per company policy.
3. Conditions for Rejection of Returns
A return may be rejected or cancelled in any of the following scenarios:
- The item appears used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or soiled.
- Tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing or tampered.
- The customer fails to provide required evidence (photos/videos) for quality verification.
- The product does not meet QC guidelines during inspection.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product passes QC, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds may be issued to your bank account or as TFC Money (store credit).
- A ₹25 convenience fee is deducted for bank refunds.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, convenience fees, and packaging charges are non-refundable.
5. Fraud Prevention & Legal Rights
Trinity Fashions Club reserves the full right to:
- Reject or cancel any return/refund request if the customer is found or suspected to be involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activities.
- Revoke existing wallet credits, TFC Money, and membership points in such cases.
- Take legal action against chargeback fraud, false claims, misuse of policies, or manipulation of the return system, including reporting such activity to relevant authorities.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be approved only if:
- The requested size or colour variant is available in stock.
- The original item passes all eligibility and QC criteria.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted unless explicitly approved by the brand.
