Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within 3–5 business days across India. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for major cities including Mandya, Mysore, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mumbai, and Delhi.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified first!

Absolutely. Once your order ships you\'ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track via your account dashboard.

We partner with Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your location for the fastest delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We\'ll arrange a pickup and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Customised/personalised items, sale items marked \'Final Sale\', and innerwear/accessories for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original payment method is refunded.

Yes! Size exchanges are free of charge within 7 days. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order details.

Check our detailed Size Guide page for measurements. We recommend measuring your chest and comparing to our chart. When in doubt, size up for an oversized fit.

We use premium 240 GSM cotton for t-shirts, heavyweight 380 GSM fleece for hoodies, and high-quality twill for trousers. All garments are 100% authentic.

Yes! Visit our Custom Design page to upload your artwork or describe your idea. Minimum order 1 piece, delivery in 7–10 days.

Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron directly on prints. Full care instructions on each tag.

We\'re actively working on our sustainability. Our packaging is 100% recyclable and we\'re transitioning to organic cotton by 2025.

Orders & Tracking

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. After dispatch, modifications are not possible.

First check with neighbours or your mailbox. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and we\'ll investigate promptly.

We\'re extremely sorry! Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We\'ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Yes, before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible but you can initiate a return after delivery.

Payments & Discounts

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹2000.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay/Shopify Payments which are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
