1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • If delays occur due to high volume or operational issues, customers will be notified via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Timeline

We partner with trusted courier providers such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and Xpressbees to ensure fast and secure delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, logistical constraints, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • COD available with a small convenience fee (if applicable).
  • Any shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking link via Email/SMS/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
  • You can track your order anytime until delivery is complete.
  • If tracking status shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please contact support.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping details including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Address
  • Active Phone Number & Email

Trinity Fashions Club is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

A delivery is marked as “failed” if:

  • The courier cannot contact the customer
  • Multiple delivery attempts fail
  • The address is incorrect or unreachable

In such cases:

  • The order may be returned to our facility
  • Re-shipping may require an additional charge
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping or COD fees

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the parcel you receive is:

  • Torn
  • Tampered
  • Opened
  • Damaged during transit

Do NOT accept the delivery.

8. International Shipping (Optional)

If enabled later:

  • International deliveries may take 10–20 business days.
  • Customs duties or import fees must be paid by the customer.
  • Tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country’s postal service.
