The Trinity Fashions Club Membership Program is a tier-based loyalty program designed to reward customers for shopping with Trinity Fashions Club. This Policy explains how membership tiers, reward points, and redemptions work.

By creating an account or making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Membership Enrolment

  • Activate your membership for just INR 99 and enjoy member-only rewards and privileges.
  • A customer becomes a Starter Member when they:
    • Create a Trinity Fashions Club account, and
    • Complete their first successful purchase
  • Membership is automatically activated — no separate sign-up required

2. Membership Tiers

The Program comprises four tiers based on reward points accumulation:

  • Starter Member
    • Entry-level tier
    • Earn reward points on all eligible purchases
  • Elite Member
    • Achieved after accumulating 1,000 reward points
    • Earn points at a higher rate than Starter Members
  • VIP Member
    • Achieved after accumulating 2,500 reward points
    • Enjoys enhanced earning and exclusive benefits
  • VVIP Member
    • Achieved after accumulating 5,000 reward points
    • Highest tier with maximum rewards and priority benefits

Tier upgrades are automatic once the required points threshold is reached.

3. How Reward Points Are Earned

3.1 Base Earning Structure

  • For every ₹100 spent, customers earn reward points worth ₹1.50
  • Points are calculated as follows:
    • ₹100 spent = 10 reward points
    • 100 reward points = ₹15 discount

This base earning rate applies to Starter Members.

3.2 Tier-Based Multipliers

  • Starter – 1.0× multiplier → ₹1.50 per ₹100
  • Elite – 1.5× multiplier → ₹2.25 per ₹100
  • VIP – 1.75× multiplier → ₹2.63 per ₹100
  • VVIP – 2.0× multiplier → ₹3.00 per ₹100

3.3 Eligible Purchases

Points are earned on the net order value, excluding:

  • Taxes
  • Shipping charges
  • Gift cards
  • Wallet/store credits
  • Cancelled, returned, or refunded items

Points are credited only after the order is successfully delivered.

4. Reward Points Redemption

4.1 Redemption Value

  • 100 reward points = ₹15 discount
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

4.2 Redemption Cap

  • Reward points can be redeemed for 10% up to a maximum of 30% of the cart value per order
  • The applicable redemption cap may vary by product or promotion

4.3 Redemption Restrictions

Reward points cannot be redeemed on:

  • Clearance sale items
  • Already discounted products
  • Products explicitly excluded during promotions or campaigns

5. Tier Qualification & Validity

  • Membership tiers are based on total reward points accumulated
  • Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification
  • Members must re-qualify within the validity period to retain tier benefits
  • Failure to re-qualify may result in downgrade to the applicable tier

6. Points Expiry

  • Reward points expire 12 months from the date they are credited
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated
  • Trinity may offer limited-time extensions or bonus campaigns at its discretion

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Points earned on returned or refunded items will be deducted
  • If points were redeemed on a refunded order, corresponding adjustments will be made
  • No points are awarded for cancelled orders
  • Points for exchanges may be recalculated based on the final order value

8. Program Misuse & Fair Use

Trinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, adjust points, or downgrade tiers in cases of:

  • Fraud or misuse of the Program
  • Excessive returns or abuse of benefits
  • Creation of multiple accounts
  • Violation of Trinity’s Terms & Conditions

9. Program Modifications

  • Modify earning rates, redemption values, tier thresholds, or benefits
  • Suspend or discontinue the Program at any time

Any material changes will be communicated through official channels.

10. General Terms

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable
  • Reward points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Trinity’s decisions regarding the Program are final
  • This Policy is governed by the laws of India
