The Trinity Fashions Club Membership Program (“Program”) is a tier-based loyalty program designed to reward customers for shopping with Trinity Fashions Club. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Membership Enrolment
- Membership is completely free
- A customer becomes a Starter Member when they:
- Create a Trinity Fashions Club account
- Complete their first successful purchase
- Membership is automatically activated; no separate sign-up is required
2. Membership Tiers
The Program consists of four tiers based on reward point accumulation:
- Starter Member: Entry-level tier
- Elite Member: Achieved after accumulating 1,000 reward points
- VIP Member: Achieved after accumulating 2,500 reward points
- VVIP Member: Achieved after accumulating 5,000 reward points
Tier upgrades are automatic once the required threshold is reached.
3. How Reward Points Are Earned
3.1 Base Earning Structure
- For every ₹100 spent, customers earn reward points worth ₹1.50
- ₹100 spent = 10 reward points
- 100 reward points = ₹15 discount
3.2 Tier-Based Multipliers

3.3 Eligible Purchases
Reward points are earned on the net order value, excluding:
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Gift cards
- Wallet or store credits
- Cancelled, returned, or refunded items
Points are credited only after successful order delivery.
4. Reward Points Redemption
- 100 reward points = ₹15 discount
- Reward points have no cash value
- Points can be redeemed for 10% up to a maximum of 30% of cart value per order
- Redemption limits may vary by product or promotion
5. Tier Qualification & Validity
- Tier status is valid for 12 months from qualification date
- Members must re-qualify to retain their tier
- Failure to re-qualify may result in tier downgrade
6. Points Expiry
- Reward points expire 12 months from the credit date
- Expired points cannot be reinstated
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Points earned on returned or refunded items will be deducted
- No points are awarded for cancelled orders
- Points for exchanges may be recalculated
8. Program Misuse & Fair Use
Trinity reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, adjust points, or downgrade tiers in cases of fraud, misuse, excessive returns, or policy violations.
9. Program Modifications
Trinity Fashions Club Private Limited may modify or discontinue the Program, including earning rates, redemption values, or tier thresholds, at any time.
10. General Terms
- Membership benefits are non-transferable
- Reward points cannot be transferred between accounts
- All program decisions by Trinity are final
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India
